Before joining The Rants Group in the fall of 2023, Ian spent three and a half years with KBC Advisors in the Greater Seattle Area, where he served as an Associate Transaction Manager and Project Coordinator, coordinating and brokering real estate transactions across the United States and Canada. In this position, he successfully closed multimillion-dollar lease transactions, including Build-to-Suit projects and industrial properties, while fostering positive landlord-tenant relationships.
Ian's earlier experience includes a four-year tenure with CBRE in Seattle, where he served as a Lease Administration Analyst for the Starbucks Account, administering sales reporting and rental payments for a portfolio of retail leases. His diverse skill set includes proficiency in Sequentra and Adobe Acrobat and expertise in cash flow analysis, comparative market analysis, lease negotiations, project coordination, and more, making him a valuable asset to our team.
