Please contact any of our staff by email or direct line, on the tenant portal, or through our website at https://rantsgroup.com/about/our-team/ to schedule an appointment.

To drop off checks, keys, or applications, please use our drop box labeled The Rants Group. It is located outside our office at 724 Columbia Street NW, Olympia, WA to the left of the main entrance of our Market Place Office building.

Washington State is dealing with an issue of immense scale and human impact, and our sympathies go out to any who have been affected by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19).

At The Rants Group, we believe it is our duty during this time to prioritize the health and well-being of our tenants and staff while also supporting local health officials as they work to contain the virus. We will continue to make decisions with vigilance informed by the latest science & fact-based information while being guided by the CDC and the Washington State Department of Health.

We appreciate your understanding that, as a tenant, or patron, our response to your needs may look different as we journey through this time together.
