The Rants Group Celebrates the Retirement of Carolyn Graden After 37 Years of Service
OLYMPIA, Wash. — The Rants Group is proud to announce the bittersweet retirement of Carolyn Graden, CCIM, who concluded an extraordinary 37-year career with the company on Friday, July 31.
Throughout her nearly four decades with The Rants Group, Carolyn became one of the South Sound’s most respected commercial real estate professionals. Her expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for clients and colleagues helped shape not only our company, but also the commercial real estate community throughout Thurston County. As Carolyn handed over all her keys on Friday, TRG staff reflected on the sheer volume of her work and influence.
To celebrate Carolyn’s career, friends, clients, business partners, and colleagues gathered at Harbor House in Olympia Friday evening for an afternoon of food, drinks, conversation, and shared memories. The celebration reflected all those lasting relationships Carolyn built over the years and the impact she has had on so many people throughout her career.
“Carolyn’s contributions to The Rants Group are difficult to put into words,” said Danielle Rants, President of The Rants Group. “Her mentorship, knowledge, and commitment to our clients have left a lasting mark on our company. While we’ll miss seeing her in the office each day, we’re incredibly grateful for everything she’s given to our team over the past 37 years, and we wish her nothing but happiness in retirement.”
Although Carolyn is stepping away from the office, she isn’t slowing down. Retirement is already off to a great start with time at the beach, and she’s looking forward to more travel—including an upcoming trip to Croatia—as well as spending more time relaxing with family and friends.
